Notes

  • The calories for 1 serving is 540
  • The cost per serving is $5.10
  • The chicken needs to be cooked to a safe temperature of 160 degrees. If you are unsure if the chicken is cooked through, use an instant thermometer to check the internal temperature.
  • Many frozen stuffed chicken breasts now have air fryer instructions with them, so if your product includes instructions follow them for best results.
  • This is a great dinner to use up leftovers or make swaps according to your taste preferences. It is simple to swap the side dish for microwave rice or pasta dish, and any veggies you prefer!
  • Fancy up this dinner a bit by swapping the veggies for roasted asparagus or broccoli, and finishing it off with prepared cheesecake from the store. Calories and costs for these swaps are not included in the calculations.
